"This is the best job I have ever had. I have learned so much from my regional manager, to my fellow coach trainers and coaches, and even the students themselves. Growth comes in all kinds of different forms but the important thing is that you never stop doing just that. This job challenges me daily to become a better person ‘on and off the field."

A: The first step is a phone interview with one of our Talent team members. If that goes well, you’ll be asked to participate in a group virtual interview. These sessions are 1 hour long and will give you an opportunity to show your personality and experience in a group setting. The next step after that is you will be invited to a  field training/interview session where you’ll learn our games and curriculum. Your employment with us will be contingent on your performance at the field training. We’re looking for energetic coaches who are excited for the opportunity to be a role model for our students so be prepared with lots of enthusiasm and ready to have fun!
