Our Lunch Recess programs provide structure to the playground, while keeping students active and engaged in sports. We find that this is a great opportunity for students to engage in social & emotional learning, using character traits such as sportsmanship and teamwork.
Although our program can cater for all students within a school, many Principals use our Lunch Recess programs to target groups of students that could benefit most from the impact of our program. The ‘Greatest Needs’ students are typically those suffering from chronic absenteeism, low attendance or are having disciplinary issues at school.
Step 2 –
The groups of students are placed on a roster so that both our coaches and the school staff are aware of the rotations during recess.
Step 3 –
The two coaches that match what you are looking for, are recruited from local universities. Once coaches have completed their background checks and training, they are assigned to your school for the duration of the program.
Step 4 –
Our coaches arrive each day and check in with the front office before proceeding to the field to pick up their first group of students.
Throughout the course of the program our Account Manager and his/her support staff are on hand to answer any questions you might have.
